He graduated in 1996 and did MD in Paediatrics 1999. He obtained Paediatric Higher Specialty Training at Eastern Deanery Cambridge, U.K. He obtained Paediatric Oncology training at various tertiary Paediatric Oncology centres in U.K.– Christie Hospital – Manchester, Addenbrookes Hospital – Cambridge, Bristol Royal Hospital for Children-Bristol. He was working in department of Paediatric Oncology at Royal Marsden Hospital, London before joining as Consultant Paediatric Oncologist at HCG.

He is Member of Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), Edinburgh, Member of Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health UK, Indian Academy of Paediatrics and Member of National Academy of Medical Science New Delhi . He has several presentations and publications at national and international level.

His area of interest is treating children with cancer.
